Here is another MU item that is semi-completed. It includes data pulled from different tables. Tony has donated his collection of SQL views & select statements for generating the reports. The work needed is mostly UI and printing.

Clinical Summaries are also needed for meeting the meaningful use requirements of Health Information Exchange, Patient Electronic Access to Health Information, and Patient Electronic Copy of Health Information.
Here are a few questions for consideration:
1. Do you think the list of summaries is sufficient or too much?
2. What kind of reporting/print format do you suggest? Please comment on the order as well.
3. Where should we place the Print button? The obvious location is in the Encounter. Yes?
