CCD Import - works well - but, data fields are missing

I have successfully imported CCD records and see the patients in the patients module. There are some data fields missing. Does anyone know how to have these show on import without having to manually add them.

To be clear these are data fields which are not in OPENEMR by default. These are new fields that were used in the old system which need to transfer to OPENEMR.

The following is the ways to add new fields

Create script to add new fields to database.After executing the script the patient data can be imported to CCD.
