I logged in as admin, went to administation/calendar/categories and added several categories. When a visit for a patient is scheduled, one of the categories is causing issues. In the schedule event window when ‘Home Visit Short’ is scheduled and saved in the calendar instead of a time and patient name it says tiem and ‘RESERVED’. If you click the ‘RESERVED’ the event window opens and shows the correct patient. What could cause one category to list as ‘RESERVED’ in the calendar instead of putting a patinent there?
