Can't access the installation script

Situation
I can’t seem to access the http://localhost/openemr to complete installation. It seems I’m stuck on step one.

OpenEMR Version
I’m trying to install 7.0.1

Browser:
I’m using: Microsoft Edge

Operating System
I’m using: Windows 10

Search
I attempted to search for an answer on Google, Bing, Yahoo, this forum, GitHub, you name it. I still cannot find the source of this issue.

Logs
I’m not very tech-y, so I don’t have a single clue how to find logs and stuff.

More Information
I’m using XAMPP as my directory thing for the installation. I’ve tried replacing localhost with my IP Addresses, and that hasn’t worked. Lastly, I’d prefer if I could get an answer as soon as I could so I can get my system up and running.

It can be several things. To see any errors, from the Xampp control panel, click logs in Apache and you can see error.log there
