Try using F12 to activate the console in the browser and you can view any javascript errors please then. ---

Check your apache site config, and make sure you have a rewrite rule in place for the APIs directory, it should look something like the following: ```auto ``` When you click on the Insurance Edit button, it’s actually making an API call, and if the server blocks that call, then the Insurance dialog will never load. ---

Those lines need to go in your site config, not the apache2.conf file. Those are site specific directives. Note that “/var/www/html/openemr/apis”, is just an example, you’ll need to adjust that to match whatever the web root of your openemr site actually is. ---

Do you access your OpenEMR instance via HTTP or HTTPS? The instructions you reference only show editing the site config for the default web host on port 80. Using OpenEMR via HTTP rather than HTTPS is usually not a good idea. If you are accessing via HTTPS, then your site config for port 443 needs to be updated as well with the directives involving the “apis” directory. ---
