Cannot assign a user to a clinic

Hi everyone

I am new to openemr and learning how to use it.
I added a test clinic/facility to the system, but when I try to add a user it doesnt show the different clinics in the drop down menu

@Zain_Ahmed,
Can you please check whether the service location checkbox is enabled under the Test Site1 and Test Site2 facility. If not try again by enabling it.
