Presuming that there had been no problems with Database access in the past, are you able to recall what settings had been changed since then?
For example, a simple thing, as forgetting to enable third party cookies to visited sites in Firefox, will cause the dreaded “Site ID Missing” and no loading of OpenEMR after login.
Not suggesting that this is the diagnosis; merely that something seemingly inocuous can induce Coronary Arterial spasms.
