Can’t see insurance tab under demographics

Can’t see insurance tab under demographics in v. 3.0.0.1 after changing default view to “Tree view”.  Please help how I can add it back or make it visible.  I am running on Fedora v.8.

Nevermind I got it.  It was in globals.php setting I had set to true.  It is working.
