Can NationNotes Be used on a custom non LBV form? Anyone successfully accomplish this?

What functions are required in your custom form in which NationNotes features are desired?

Insertion of stock phrases & .jpeg files are two prominent ones.

Currently, the patient demographics screen and other predefined Layout forms does not support the Nation Notes field. This may need code customization work, to achieve/fix the same.
