CAMOS text smashed together, unformatted, with no paragraph

Hello everyone, this is my first post.
I have setup open emr 5.0.1 patch 5 on windows 10 .
CAMOS text smashed together, unformatted, with no paragraph .
Can anyone help fix the problem.

You can use HTML tags inside of CAMOS to make it look and print nicer

For some reason I can’t get it to work. Tried 5.0.0 and CAMOS works without issues.
How can I fix.

Hi,

Looks like main content is getting double escaped in 5.0.1. Here’s a fix:

Note only the change in interface/forms/CAMOS/ajax_save.php is needed if you haven’t created any new CAMOS entries in 5.0.1 yet. Note that to fix the output of the double escaped notes, we need to do what I did in interface/forms/CAMOS/report.php wherever the content of the note is used (such as when making the signed notes etc.).

Here’s a better fix. You can “fix” the old bad entries if you edit/save them (don’t make any edits to them, just save it and the double-escaped endlines (those \n things) will be fixed):

Thanks finally got it to work . I replaced the file interface/forms/CAMOS/ajax_save.php with the fix and got it to work .Much appreciated all the effort.
