Call List in OpenEMR 3.0 not working

Looking for a way to print a report so that office manger can see phone numbers with upcoming appointments. Appointment report does not include phone numbers and the “Call List” has some sort of DB errors.

What is the “Call List”?
Adding a phone number column to that report would be rather trivial (would need to modify the code it though).
