Calendar write issue

I first want to thank Jason and Tony for their input that helped me out of my last whole.

The calendar is not allowing changes to the status of the appointment after the appointment is more than 24hrs old. The calendar data was imported into the current table of the new database install. The original database allows the same code to edit the status but the new database does not. I have tried export the data from the original database and import it into the new database again and I get the same results. I can export the data from the new database and import it into the original database and edit the status. I have run the msqlcheck to make sure all the tables are ok. They are.

What would be preventing the system from updating the status of the patient appointment?  Any suggestions?

Here is a side note. I have one other odd thing happening and maybe the two are related.
When I go to edit LBF editor and click on any of the layouts in the drop down menu. I get an waring that says “reaching here!”

Does any body know what that means?
