Logged on as a Frontdesk user with 2 providers on the calendar view, you can only select exact time for the provider on the left (Via the timeslot column). Double click on calendars will default to that providers IN time and you need to manually adjust the time in the appointment popup.
A work-around is to use the time slot column and change the provider in the appointment popup.
Would it not make sense to use the time and provider from where you clicked on the calendar?
