The Calendar does not seem support Multiple Drs seeing patients at more than one facility.
Several issues:
1) There is no way to set the Provider user record to NOT default to a specific facility or to default to ‘All Facilities’
2) The calendar has selection for “All Facilities” then “All Users”, but the display does not refresh correctly unless you reselect the Calendar menu again and then does not remember that choice when your return
3) the Calendar display, shows the appointment under the provider but does not show the Facility that the appointment was made at. So there is no way to tell what appoints are for what facility.
4) In The outlook calender, the link to Add from the 'Time" only works for the default facility for the first DR in the list, since it only has one 'Time" column, the older calendar has a time column for each DR, but does not allow you to select a different facility.
5) The reports of appts for 'All Facilities" don’t have a column listing the facility with the appointment
Some of these are clearly bugs, but I am wondering if there some additional configuration/setup that is not obvious that would work better? Creating a provider user for each facility they can get appointment at seems a little kludgy and could have billing implications, I think
I attempted to create schedules for a single Dr at multiple facilities, but that really messed with the display on the calendar creating multiple IN/OUT markers under one DR with no indication of the facility information.
