Calendar dissappeared

I was doing a form for the site and when i Logged out and logged back in the calendar just disappeared from the site. just a blank area where it should be. I have tried all the calendar parts in the admin and other places and am getting nothing. any good suggestions

I installed openEMR 5.0.1 and the calendar is gone…
