Bug in "View Plan Rules" form

As you can see in the screenshot below, the two listboxes don’t expand verically, showing only two rows at a time.

Also, the “Delete Plan” button image is missing.

We couldn’t reproduce the issue for listbox expand vertically.
For delete plan, Have you tried by replacing the input type from “image” to “button” in file interface/super/rules/controllers/browse/view/plans_config.php (line number:390)
