Has anyone had issues with running Prescriptions Reports for patients? What we’ve discovered is that if the prescription information is entered manually in the Add Prescription dialog (drug, quantity, units, refills, etc), rather than selecting it from a choice in the Inventory dropdown list, then when you run a Prescription Report for the patient, the Drug Name & Units field are empty, but for drugs selected from the Inventory list, they show. Anyone else have this problem, & is there a fix? I’ve been able to reproduce the behavior on 3 live systems & a test system I set up, so it seems to be a consistent bug.
