User case:
I’m doctor 1 , i fill a form in an encounter on the 1st of september, and i esigned it but not locked it.
Doctor 2, continue to fill that form and changes a very sensitive issue there. and not signed or signed its not important

How can i know which changes where made by doctor 1 or doctor 2 in case one of them was mistaken when filling the form?

There in no history of changes in the final forms. Please help…

Hi,

Doesn’t esign automatically lock the form?

As an aside, a form change history would be a very useful feature.

Regarding changes, although not fun, these things can always be traced in the log (Administraiton->Other->Logs)

No eSign does not auto lock any form. A doc has to click the check box to lock the form.
