This is for version 5.0.1 patch 5 on Windows 10 pro. If you are inputting a new Medical Problem for a patient and click add you get a popup dialog to title the problem and a box for coding. If you click the coding box you get a new popup dialog to search for the proper ICD 10 code to assign to that problem. However, once you search and find and highlight the correct code there is no button available to add it back to the issue dialog to save back to your problem list. Interestingly, if you highlight your code and click to the right of the description heading on a blank space, it will transfer your code back and you can then save it normally. I tried it on both the current and development demos and they do the same thing.
