This enum from X12Partners table is no longer being loaded by the X12Partner.class .php.
  `processing_format` enum(‘standard’,‘medi-cal’,‘cms’,‘proxymed’) default NULL,

So.  no one has any ideas about this?  It’s a show stopper for the release 4.1.2, can’t set up clearing houses unless this works.
