Blank Frames/Undefined variable: ignoreAuth

jojousa wrote on Friday, April 30, 2010:

When I log in after newly installing OEMR, I get blank frames. I have read up on other similar cases, but nothing seems to be working to resolve this issue for me.

The install process goes fine every time, following the instructions for Linux (I have repeated install 2 times after initial problem with no luck).

When I enable error messages, I get the Undefined variable: ignoreAuth in globals.php error after clicking ‘login’ (Along with two other warnings on the login page).

I am running centOS, php5. I have access to php.ini and have made changes there as suggested to other posters. I have also restarted the webserver after each attempt at changes.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi

Can you post the other two warnings that you got?  Did you get the error and the warnings in the screen or in the web server log?

Have you perform any changes to the globals.php?

Thanks

Hi,

Can you confirm the OpenEMR version (3.1 is a very old version)?
And what operating system are you using?
And what errors are you seeing in the php error log?(note the Undefined Variables is just a warning and is not the reason why you would have a blank screen)
