Billing Widget empty

Situation
Billing Widget blank.
OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 6.1.0 (1)

Browser:
FF 111.01

Operating System
Ubuntu 18.04.6

Logs
Yes
Was there anything pertinent in them?
No

Billing Widget is empty and cannot be expanded or collapsed.
It can be “hidden” or “forced open” in the Globals / Features section but that’s all.
Not sure when this started, staff reported; " it’s been that way for awhile" :roll_eyes:
Searched the forums for “Billing Widget” but found nothing useful.
Is there a fix for this?

Please check the browser console for errors. There might be clues there as to why the billing widget is failing. It sounds like a data issue to me.

FYI
Forcing the Billing Widget open in Global Settings>Features WILL break it!
Un-checking that box allows it to display properly.
