After testing with my chief of revenue cycle, we concluded that there is something wrong with the billing notes per encounter.
When you go to view past encounters, and click on billing view. All the previous notes won’t appear on the billing manager but the last note to any given encounter.
hi @crlsgzmn, thanks for the clarification, so you’re attempting to send a note with the electronic claim then?
you’ll want to add those inside the specific encounter by choosing Administrative->Misc Billing Options HCFA and then entering in the Additional Notes textbox
