Batch result of Procedure module not working

Hello All,
I have noticed that the batch result sub-module in the procedure module has some issues.

  1. The cancel button is not working.
  2. After picking the test you want and save, the chosen test does not display in the procedure test field.
  3. The date picker to specify date range also malfunctions within the same batch result sub-module.

I am using openemr 5.0.1 with patch 3
