Thanks for the nice contribution. I committed it to the official codebase. I also set the the address label and barcode to be on by default. For barcode, I set it to std25; is there a better one on the list to default to?

It will depend on the reader but the code128 will print alphanumeric where some of the others are just numeric. I can send you some stuff for the wiki page if you want
