Backup problem after 4.1.1. upgrade

I did upgrade to 4.1.1, Everything is working fine, only one problem - Backup returning 0kb.
No any data lost, everything is working fine. Before upgrade my backup file was 644mb, after upgrade I did backup 4 times, I time was 633md, 3 times 0kb.
Please help me to resolve this problem

First place to look is in the php error log. Also important to know what operating system you are using.
