Backup OpenEMR Demo

Hi,

Any volunteers to host a backup OpenEMR demo. The current demo server will be unpredictable from at end of this week for 2 weeks (because if the gateway/router freezes, there will be nobody around to reboot it). So, would be nice to list a alternate backup demo on the main 5.0.0 demo page, if possible.

Sounds good. We are ok on the demo front, but still would be interested in what they are offering.
