Backup error v5.0.0

Hi, when I try doing a backup, I get this error: Firefox can’t find the file at http://localhost/openemr/interface/mainbackup.php

any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Operating System
I’m using: windows 7

Logs
Did you check the logs? Was there anything pertinent in them? Paste them here (surround with three backticks (```) for readability

There are few circumstances where this happens listed below

  1. Permission issues
  2. Files missing
  3. Ownership problems
