Availity Claim Help

Hi I’m submitting a claim and get back this error : 1|2015-02-11|15.52.19.616|0096278|2015021115515900|000000000
1E|Availity does not recognize the interchange data starting at position 0 as valid.

Availity CS has a different reason every time I call .Last was its not x12 :slight_smile:

Maybe a x12 version issue?

Can you upload the claim that got rejected with de-identification (you can modify the sensitive elements)?

i think the problem is that you’re using version 4010, note the 4010 under the ISA

please go to x12 partners and change to 5010
