Automatic Birthday Reminders in OpenEmr 5.0.1

Good Day. I would like to know how to create/enable automatic birthday reminders in openemr 5.0.1. I am running this version on Ubuntu 16.04.

There is a birthday reminder for the clinic that can be configured at the following two Administration->Globals->CDR settings:
