# Authentication Error when opening when opening Users Tab

**Situation**  
I’m encountering an ‘Authentication Error’ when I try to open the User tab. It seems to be preventing me from accessing my account or user settings. Could you please investigate and resolve this issue? Thank you.

**OpenEMR Version**  
I’m using OpenEMR version 7.0.3-dev

**Browser** :  
I’m using: Google Chrome

**Operating System**  
I’m using: Mac OSX

Are you logged in as admin? You might want to check your permissions if you aren’t an administrator.
