Hi, was wondering where I can access reports for audit, access for anyone who accesses the charts, makes changes, etc and also, once the Visit Summary section of a visit is signed, I cannot access the details that were edited there such as Discharged To, Onset, etc all the field in that section are not visible in the chart. Lastly how do I print a visit chart?
