Situation
There are times when appointments that have been in the system for days will show up for one login and not for another. But then will reappear if refreshing for a few minutes. We have 1000’s of appointments in our system so we are familiar with use of the system. There are simply instances where appointments that already exist in the system do not show up on the calendar for some folks - then subsequently reappear later.
