Can someone show me how to add the Patient Field in the Appointment Report parameters please ? We’d like to run a report of patient’s appointment history to see how often they have been seen by the clinic for the year. Also, Id ;ike to add the Title field on the report because we end up entering the title description on the Comments field so that we can see it in the appointment report.

hi
if you go to the patient, then patient reports, you will see the patient encounters dates. you can print that screen, and your get your report. However you will not get the visit reason

We are trying to trend the patient appointment status regardless if they have been seen or not (so no encounters) will not show up on the report. Thanks, but the patient report generation will not work for what we need. I hope there is versatility on the appontment report where we can check mark the fields we needed.
