# Apparent bugs in 4.1.0

I say “apparent bugs” because I could be doing something wrong myself.&nbsp; But here they are:  
1&nbsp;&nbsp; Calendar - Explicit appointments made OK.&nbsp; But won’t find a time slot for a Provider.  
2&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Duplicate appointments accepted, with no warning on SAVE.&nbsp; Does warn on duplicate encounter.  
3&nbsp;&nbsp; Encounter - Cannot delete an issue.&nbsp; Duplicate issues accepted.&nbsp;  
4&nbsp;&nbsp; Change of Provider does not “take”, Encounter History shows original Provider after a Provider change.  
The calendar Provider does not agree with Visit History.&nbsp;  
5&nbsp;&nbsp; Billing - Generate PDF and txt&nbsp; both generate&nbsp; single blank page.  
6&nbsp;&nbsp; Re-Open button never active.&nbsp;&nbsp; What should activate it?&nbsp;&nbsp; A check-mark on right end of billable encounter ?  
&nbsp;  
I hope these are not bugs.&nbsp; But I have found no way around them.&nbsp;
