I am not getting Insurance ID# when creating the batch for eligibility. I am using latest version of Oemr. Can someone help please

Yes Terry. I oto report–> visits --> Eligibility and then I find the patient list and create Batch the Output file dos not have Insurance ID anywhere in that file which I have entered while creating patient.

look for the NM1PR record in the file. That is the insurance record.
