Alternative to Linux automatic installation

How do I avoid the Linux automatic installation error based on query limit imposed by my shared space provider:

“Setting version indicators… ERROR. ERROR. Unable insert version information into database
User has exceeded the ‘max_questions’ resource (current value: 75000) (#1226)”

I am thinking a manual install should allow to circumvent the 75000 limit per hour, but I do not have instructions on how to proceed manually. Thanks for recommendations

I circumvented the problem by starting with an older version installation (3.2.0) and upgrading from there. It worked!

Thanks!
