After 5pm get wrong day

I frequently see patients after 5 pm and did edit the calendar to go beyond 5. I’m finding that some portions of OpenEMR 4.1.1 -do not give the correct date after 5 pm. For example, the vitals form will go to the next day with a different time from the actual time. Other boxes in which I enter information also default to the next day. Is there a fix for this.

Hi,

If you are using the Xampp 4.1.1 package, then likely related to a timezone setting that needs to be set. Instructions to do this on the 4.1.1 xampp package are here:

Thank you. I am waiting until I’m in the office to try this, but this is likely the answer. I did use the Xampp package and have not changed whatever time zone settings it got installed with.

The vitals form is still one hour off. Is that due to daylight savings time? Is there a control for daylight savings time or is it necessary to put in a time zone one hour off to get the right time?
