After 1st Backup: Patients Section "JSON data from server could not be parsed"

Hello,

After creating my first backup through “Admin->Backup” and downloading the .tar file it generated, I now get a “DataTables warning:JSON data from server could not be parsed. This is caused by a JSON formatting error” when trying to access “Patient/Client-> Patients”

Anyone know how I can fix this?

I did some more searching and realized that I created this error while trying to customize my patient list (Administrative-> Lists -> Edit list: Patient List Columns) several steps prior to my first backup. I had wanted to add a column of the age of the patient… so when I went back and deleted my own entry… the patient list feature works again!

There is no need for deletion. If you want that Age field in patient list for sure, then we need to do little bit code change in patient list page script. Please let me know if you need so. In that case please share your openemr version too.
