Admin on calendar by default

Per the previous roadmap (see below for link to this thread) gave admin default use of calendar in the development tip cvs; this functionality was recently lost in the development cvs version. Definitely simplifies the out of box behavior, and doesn’t give the admin an awkward setting of being a provider, but without a calendar.

This functionality (admin’s default settings) is always up for debate, and very easy to set in the code. So if issues with this, feel free to voice it.
