I’m wondering what the different uses for the adjustment_reason_codes.php inlcude array -versus- the adjreason code listed in the list_options tables are. I see that the sl_eob_invoice.php uses the table and sl_eob_process.php includes the much more complete array from the include file.
What’s the reasoning or differences here?

The include file is for electronic remittances and is part of the X12 835 spec. The list is for manual A/R entry and is more likely to be customized.

Thanks that’s helpful. Perhaps the include file should be named era_adj_reason_codes.inc.php or similar to keep it from being confusing.
