I have added the code from Visolve to the left nav and put an option in globals. will be there when Patient Flow Board is out.

It re-arranges top/bottom to left/right. That never made it into the code-base (and I have no idea WHY NOT) but some folks still use it, and it would be nice if this didn’t stomp on that.
I’ll see if I can hunt up a branch on yehster, but I am not sure he has the code posted there…
