Yes. In particular there is a phone_numbers table that is US-specific. It would be good to internationalize this.

I resolved many of the US-isms in my work last year with a UK client. However we didn’t get into prescriptions or billing, and there could be some more issues beyond those.
We don’t use the word ‘cannot’ here. It’s open source, after all.
