Adding a second administrator superuser

Hi,
I added a second administrator, after the original built in admin, and noticed that this administrator does not have database access - a message pops up: “You do not have access to this resource” when clicking on administrator->other->database.

I confirmed this with another installation of openemr as well. I looked into the ACL as well as the phpGACL system and it seems that the two administrators have equal permissions, although that is not really the case.

How can I make this second user just as much “powerful” as the initial admin?

Thanks

Actually, another problem arose as well…
On the second, testing, installation, the main admin user now recieves the same message when trying to access the database - the you do not have access to this resource message.

Any ideas on how to restore this permission?

Solved,

I had two instances of OpenEMR open. When I closed one and reopened it in google’s incognito mode, essentially creating a new session, it worked.

Can’t understand why, though…

Thanks

Actually not Solved,

I thought it was when it worked on my test installation, but on the real installation it continues to be a problem, any help would be great. Thanks
