Adding a new X12Partner

I am planning to add a new partner - vtmedicaid ,Vermont mediacaid.

Where (which file) I should be adding vtmedicaid, for it to show up in the options list , to add a new x12partner ? I have been browsing the code, and I still cannot find the file. I did find an entry :“Added Proxymed format” in the Changes file, but it didn’t tell me which file.Of course, I’ll add the corresponding *.pl file in freeb.

I am new to PHP. Typically, what’s the development environment php-experts use - emacs, eclipse …
Typically, when I am browsing a function, I would like to know where all it’s being called etc.etc. May be emacs (c-tag) can help ???

Answering my own question:
Added one more to enum field -processing_format in table, x12_partners - vtmedicaid. I 'll add vtmedicaid.pl to generate the edi for Vermont Medicaid.

Regarding the development environment: did you find anything out about this?  It never occurred to me to ask this.

I frequently use grep to find functions and function calls, but maybe there’s a better way.
