Add prescription form with blank fields

It is: It is possible to add prescription form with blank  fields  - Name of drug,Units,Dosage ,Sig or the direction etc.
It should be: It should not be possible to add prescription without Name of drug,Units,Dosage and  Sig or the direction, So these fields should be required fields…
