Add New Patient Form fields

Hello my name is hernan and iam researching a bit on OEMR , I would like to add / modify fields from Search / New Patient and i am not sure how it should be done.
Could you give me some guidance?

Hi,

To add/modify fields in the New patient section,  access ‘Administration -> Layouts’ from the left menu and from the ‘Edit layouts’ choose ‘Demographics’.  This will allow you to add/edit fields to the patient Demographics page.
