**anonymous** wrote on [Wednesday, September 01, 2010](https://sourceforge.net/p/openemr/discussion/202504/thread/d4ec1b23/#119a): I am not a billing expert… from past 2 years we are sending vaccines as CPT4 codes.  For example CPT4 90698 is Pentacel vaccine, CPT4 90670 is Prevnar…  We don’t have any issue with any other insurance company including Medicaid, and private insurances.  Now only Humana Military asking to provide NDC for vaccines. ---
