when I go to the encounters list of a patient, billing view and try to click on a note to edit or add a new note, it sends me to that encounter, instead of to the billing note editor.
Not sure how to fix this

Be sure you’re clicking inside the box where you see the word ‘Add’. Otherwise you’ll end up at the encounter.

Doesn’t work for me in the cvs demo. I see the editor for a split second, then it goes to the encounter. using firefox 3.
