Does anyone here have any suggestions for how to find practices that are actually using OpenEMR in the US? I have literally spent hours looking and all that I find are consuting companies who you can pay for installation and support but not anything useful as far as actual practices or more than a couple testimonials. Who is using OpenEMR and for what purpose, Eye doctor, Surgery, Alternative Doctor, Athletic team, IPPF, etc?
I do Use OpenEMR but still for investigating purposes. I waited for V3.2 to come. But, I do not have the time to implement
all my local tables, and keep track of all the nice and new developments and implement our daily input so we can keep
the workflow up t o date.
I use OpenEMR on an Internet Website, an Ubuntu Installation and a MS Windows under XP home edition, all seem
to work as stipulated in the manuals.
I like what I see and in due time it has to replace my MS Access piece of software.
N.B. Giving my comment, I would suggest you open this same INFO search effort as a new message
in OpenEMR Users Forum, with the comment “please tell us about your use and give us response,
if you stop using OepenEMR”.
